White Wines

Fresh, fruity and easy drinking, this wine is full of sunshine flavours and a generous finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with a wide range of dishes. - 2007 Green Cape Chenin Blanc, South Africa
Full of fresh pear and apple fruit, this is great with Mezes and salads. - 2008 Los Pagos Chardonnay, Chile
A crisp Chardonnay from the Andes foothills, this has a light peach and apple flavour, and is delicious with chicken dishes. - 2007 Folenvie Sauvignon Blanc, France
A luscious mouthful of ripe pineapple and gooseberry flavours, superb with a wide variety of dishes. - 2006 McPherson Verdelho, Australia
A deliciously complex wine, with hints of almonds, elderflower and citrus fruits. Wonderful with all types of fish, as well as chicken and salads. - 2007 Frascati Torrescura, Italy
Fresh, light and crisp, this is a superb food wine, with gentle aromatics and a clean finish. - 2007 Sancerre Romet, France
A classic wine, with an intense and aromatic nose, and complex gooseberry and green apple fruit on the palate. A classic match with feta cheese, as well as fish, shellfish and chicken.
Red Wines

A smooth, easy drinking red with soft dark fruits and a mellow finish. Very versatile. - 2007 Green Cape Pinotage, South Africa
Smoky black fruit on the palate, with a firm structure. Excellent with steaks and grills. - 2007 Los Pagos Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile
Easy drinking, with blackberry and currant flavours and soft tannins. - 2007 Folenvie Merlot/Cabernet, France
With lush damson and blackcurrant fruit on the palate, this is a great match for steaks. - 2005 McPherson Shiraz/Cabernet, Australia
A classic Australian blend, the full body and supple tannins provide a superb accompaniment to red meats and cheeses. - 2007 Chianti Sorelli, Italy
With vibrant raspberry and sour cherry fruit, this is delicious with tomato-based dishes. - 2006 Chianti Classico, Torre Delle Grazie, Italy
A delicious wine from a superb vintage, the nose displays classic aromas of lavender and morello cherries. The palate has excellent balance, with rich fruit, lush tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Rose Wines

Bright and vibrant, with up-front raspberry cordial aromas and ripe, sunny flavours on the palate. Another great aperitif and very food friendly. - Mateus Rose, Portugal
A traditional classic, light, sweet and gentle.
